Help inspire the next generation of go-getters, innovators, risk-takers and leaders! Girl Scouts of Ohio's Heartland (GSOH) is dedicated to delivering quality programs and activities designed to help girls develop knowledge and skills as they connect with others, and take action to make the world a better place!

Health & Wellness
  Adena Health Systems Mad River Mountain , Dayton, Ohio Mad River Mountain
Offers "Healthy Me!" where girls Discover essential health strategies, meet women in medical careers, make a First Aid kit, and learn how to treat minor injuries. Girl Scouts and their families have snow much fun skiing, snowboarding, and tubing.
OhioHealth Chiller Ice Rinks   Neely Equestrian Center
Girl Scouts participate in their "Glide 'N' Slide" program to learn the basics of ice skating and safety skills in a skating lesson. They support Girl Scouts in earning their Horseback Riding Badge through their Horsin' Around program.

They provide discounted tickets and special experiences to Girl Scouts throughout their season. Their annual event, Buckeye Basketball Bonanza, encouarges Girl Scouts to reach for their own athletic achievements!
Columbus Blue Jackets OSU Women's Volleyball
They provide Girl Scouts with the opportunity to an exclusive Game ticket, Open Skate, Street Hockey Clinic, an Art Station, SWAPS Station, and more at their annual Girl Scout Day event! Their annual event, "Bump, Set, Spike" gives Girl Scouts the opportunity to meet and interview the team following a high energy game!
Columbus Clippers OSU Women's Rowing
Girl Scouts enjoy special experiences and discounted tickets at their annual Girl Scout Day event!  Girl Scouts experience a rowing demonstration and learn what it takes to become a student athlete during their annual "Row with OSU" event
Columbus Crew SC - Wikipedia Columbus Crew SC Ruling Our Experiences (ROX)
The annual "Kickin' it with the Crew" Event allows Girl Scouts to participate in special activities and experiences. For Girl Scouts, they provide a safety and self-defense workshop that is described as a powerful and supportive all-female experience where girls discover their strength, courage, and value.
Columbus Modern Dance Company (COMO) Skate Zone 71
CoMo Dance Company helps Girl Scouts earn their Dancer and Social Butterfly Badges by allowing them access to professional dance instructors and performers. Skate Zone provides Girl Scouts with special perks, discounts, and themed nights throughout the year.
Estrela Consulting Summit Vision
The program, College Knowledge, helps high school aged Girl Scouts as they explore their post-secondary options. Summit Vision helps Girl Scouts unleash their inner risk-taker and reach new heights as they conquer the Everest Climbing Tower and High Ropes courses.
The Etiquette Institute of Ohio Etiquette Institute of Ohio ZipZone Outdoor Adventures
For Girl Scouts, they offer programs that explore how to make a great first impression both online and in person. For Girl Scouts, they provide opportunities for all ages  through their Kids Park Climbing Adventure, Canopy Tour Zip Lining, and Adventure Park Obstacle Course
Fred Astaire Dance Studios - Wikipedia Fred Astaire Dance Studio   Goodwill of South Central Ohio
Girl Scouts put on their dancing shoes for fun activities that include learning basic dance steps, creating a dance routine and building endurance and flexibility- All while earning their Dancer Badge.   Their volunteer opportunities center around our stores where Girl Scouts will learn about and help with the processing of donations and other store operations.

The Dawes Arboretum
The Dawes Arboretum is dedicated to enriching lives through the conservation of trees and nature.  Founded in 1929 by Beman and Bertie Dawes, The Arboretum was inspired by the couple’s love of trees and nature.  Today they remain dedicated to providing exceptional educational programs and events as well as maintaining incredible horticulture collections on nearly 2,000 acres of beautiful grounds.

  Explore-it-Torium OSU VOICE
They offer a variety of program topics with GSOH including STEM, Arts and Outdoor OSU VOICE hosts an event every year to give Girl Scout Cadettes the chance to gain a behind the scene look at what is it like be a veterinarian.
Columbus Humane Soap Box Derby
Columbus Humane works with Girl Scout Brownies to work towards their Pets badge during the Pets 101 program. Soap Box Derby helps Girl Scouts explore STEM through the Racing Into STEM with Soap Box Derby Council Patch program.
Franklin Park Conservatory COSI
Franklin Park Conservatory offers overnight camp-ins and a wide variety of programs to Girl Scouts. COSI offers overnight camp-in experiences to Girl Scouts.
Girls in Science and Technology Columbus Zoo & Aquarium
Girls in Science and Technology offers programs throughout the year for Daisys, Brownies and Juniors to learn about aviation. he Columbus Zoo & Aquarium offers overnight adventure opportunities to Girl Scouts.
  Honda Hertitage Center SK Food Group
The Honda Heritage Center offers a program every year where Girl Scouts learn about the history of Honda as a company and learn more about how the company operates by allowing girls to gain hands-on experience. SK Food Group helps Girl Scouts learn about food science and logistics through their program, Fantastic Food.
NiSource/Columbia Gas   CGI
NiSource and Columbia Gas host Introduce a Girl to Engineering day each year which gives Girl Scouts the opportunity to use science to solve daily problems. CGI supports Girl Scouts by teaching coding workshops for Cadettes
OSU Society of Women Engineers Turner Construction
OSU SWE hosts two events each year which give Girl Scouts the opportunity to try engineering firsthand. Turner Construction helps Girl Scouts gain hands-on experience with engineering and introduces girls to a wide range of construction careers.

Girl2Girl: Inspiring Future STEM Leaders by Grace Brown
OSU WIMS hosts an event each year to help Girl Scout Juniors earn their Detective badge.
Arts & Humanities
h BalletMet h Kenyon College
They provide educational workshops exclusivly to our groups before each performance.  In 2019 Kenyon expanded their partnership with GSOH to include other acedmic departments and are offering badge focused programs.
  CATCO is Kids   Ohio Renaissance Festival -Brimstone & Fire, LLC
They offer custom actor tool workshops before every performance just for our Girl Scouts. The Ohio Renaissance Festival partners with GSOH for our councils own patch program that explores the history of 16th centry England and can be earned anytime during the year, or by visiting the festival.
  Columbus Museum of Art (CMA)   uPaint Pottery Studio
They have been a wonderful partner with GSOH for many years and this year are offering a revamped program of "Good Morning Girl Scouts @CMA". For GSOH uPaint offers several private themed pottery painting events that are great for any age girl!
  Central Ohio Symphony   Zanesville Museum of Art (ZMA)
Their program, Create your own Drumbeat, allows girls to experiement with the science of sound as well as expressing their own creativity in creating music. ZMA offers private Girl Scout programs that are badge focused for a variety of age levels.
  Christina's Hullabaloo Performing Arts Theatre   National Veterans Museum and Memorial (NVMM)
Hullabaloo offers a variety of acting workshops for juniors and up. NVMM is offering special tour for GSOH that focuses on the stories of women in our military history.
  Kelton House Museum and Garden    
For GSOH they offer two program for Juniors that are rich in history: Celebrating HERstory and Life on the Underground Railroad.  
Advocacy and Engagement
Region 6 - Capitol Square Regional Contest Capitol Square Advisory Committee
The Capitol Square Review and Advisory Board is responsible for maintaining the historic character of Capitol Square while providing for the health, safety and convenience of those who work in and visit the complex. The mission of the Capitol Square Review and Advisory Board is to facilitate the operation of state government, preserve the historical integrity of the Capitol Square Complex and educate visitors about the history of Ohio and civics. Through their partnership we have been able to offer the Inside the Statehouse program that focuses on the Junior Inside Government badge.
