How did people make maple syrup before we had fancy machines? In this program, you will learn how maple syrup was made before electricity, make your own butter, and try out a pancake recipe from the 1700s. You will also get to go on a hike of our maple grove and get hands-on experience with our vintage maple making tools! This program takes place at Camp Ken Jockety.
